ONN X08B's refrigerator led lighting All-plastic design can withstand voltage 4000V, no risk of glass broken, single-ended contact power design, the distance of 2 lamp foot pin 15mm (6.5mm is safe distance), the input end can be achieved triple insulation.

The freezer led lighting has features like no gap between Light body and PCB board, good heat dissipation channel. In freezer test, the surface temperature does not exceed 35 degrees, the temperature inside the light does not exceed 45 degrees, heat dissipation is no problem.

Comparison between ONN X08B and traditional T8/T5 Tube

1.Good heat dissipation

T8/T5 Tube: the traditional T8/T5 tube doesn’t have a much specified technical requirement, low grade of anti moisture. Long time working may not lead to problems, but when turn off, moisture will invade for thermal expansion, led chips will be broken, and thus leading to short life span. Traditional T8/T5 tube also has a hidden danger of 220V electric leakage.

ONN-X08B: in normal temperature test, X08B’s highest temperature cannot reach to 45 ℃. If used in refrigerator, the temperature can reduce 15-20℃，that means our X08B has an excellent performance on heat dissipation.

2.Fully enclosed

T8/T5 Tube: glass material, fragile. Glass debris will harm equipment, especially in food cabinet, glass lighting is forbidden. The electric pin on both ends design has a risk of being splashed by water. So T8/T5 only meet requirement of common illumination without water.

ONN-X08B: we adopt environmental friendly PC material and single-end input design which is universal in EU. The distance of two lamp pin is 15mm (6.5mm is safe distance). X08B is manufactured according to Europe quality, seal the both ends with waterproof glue, protection grade can reach to IP67, which T8 can’t reach. ONN-X08B is specially designed for cooler illuminations.

3.Product quality

T8/T5 Tube: belong to low pressure gas light, has an unknown life time. Luminous efficiency is only 70Lm/W, CRI is around 70. Wire terminal should be installed on cabinets, installation process is complex, need pins connection, unknown safe coefficient.

ONN-X08B: adopt 2835 LED for lighting, luminous efficiency can reach to 94Lm/W, CRI≥83, 50000h life span, if light up 24 hours per day, the life time can reach to five years, so ONN-X08B is a real long life and high brightness freezer led lighting!
